Join an established - and growing - organization as Kaleidoscope ABA looks for its newest addition to the team- a Training and Compliance Manager. The Program TCM position is an integral part in Kaleidoscope ABA's mission to deliver therapeutic services to children with autism.

We are looking for Talented Professionals who have the following skills:
o Deep familiarity with CBH performance standards, IBHS program regulations, and PA Medicaid requirements for behavioral health services.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to deliver constructive feedback professionally and effectively.
o Ability to facilitate adult learning in both in-person (site-based) and electronic/remote formats.
o Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records across multiple staff cohorts.
o Ability to manage competing priorities, meet non-negotiable compliance deadlines, and escalate concerns appropriately.
o High degree of integrity and discretion in handling confidential clinical and personnel information.
o Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
o Collaborative, team-oriented approach to working with clinical, operations, and HR leadership.



REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

o Bachelor's Degree required; degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
o Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA service delivery, healthcare training, or a directly related field required.
o Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred; candidates with active RBT credential and demonstrated ABA field experience will be given strong preference.
o Prior experience with CBH, IBHS, or Medicaid-funded behavioral health programs in Pennsylvania strongly preferred.
o Experience conducting staff training, competency assessments, or adult education preferred.
o Experience with session note QA review and clinical documentation compliance preferred.
