We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Recreational Therapist or Creative Arts Therapist who is excited to make a lasting impact in the lives of others. What You’ll Do
- Lead engaging, evidence-based therapeutic groups using creative arts or recreational therapy modalities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support whole-person care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Contribute ideas and clinical insight during team meetings and program development
- Adapt services to meet the evolving needs of the communities we serve
- Travel to partner facilities throughout Orange County
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Art Therapy
- Dance/Movement Therapy
- Drama Therapy
- Music Therapy
- Recreational Therapy
- Active board certification from the appropriate credentialing organization
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital-based behavioral health setting
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (accommodations available in accordance with applicable law)
