Recreation Therapist / Creative Arts Therapist

What You’ll Do

• Lead engaging, evidence-based therapeutic groups using creative arts or recreational therapy modalities
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support whole-person care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Contribute ideas and clinical insight during team meetings and program development
• Adapt services to meet the evolving needs of the communities we serve
• Travel to partner facilities throughout Orange County

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
  • Art Therapy
  • Dance/Movement Therapy
  • Drama Therapy
  • Music Therapy
  • Recreational Therapy
• Active board certification from the appropriate credentialing organization
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital-based behavioral health setting
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (accommodations available in accordance with applicable law)
