Description
Ohio Valley Imaging Services (OVIS) is seeking Nuclear Medicine Technologists to support outpatient SPECT MPI and PET-CT imaging services throughout Northern Virginia.
We have immediate needs and are open to candidates interested in full-time, part-time, PRN, temporary, or transitional opportunities. This can be an excellent fit for an experienced technologist looking for a primary outpatient position, supplemental weekday work, or a transition from the hospital environment.

Position Overview
OVIS technologists support established outpatient cardiology and physician-office locations throughout Northern Virginia. Sites are clustered geographically whenever possible, with consistent recurring assignments preferred when schedules allow.
Responsibilities include:
Perform nuclear cardiology SPECT MPI studies
Support PET-CT imaging procedures as assigned
Administer radiopharmaceuticals
Support and monitor patients during cardiac stress testing
Maintain patient safety and applicable regulatory standards
Complete accurate clinical documentation
Coordinate professionally with physicians and office staff

Competitive daily compensation of $425–$500/day based on experience, with travel reimbursement available.
Requirements
Required
Current CNMT or ARRT(N) certification
Strong IV placement skills
Excellent patient care and communication skills
Ability to work independently in outpatient/mobile environments
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Northern Virginia
Preferred
Nuclear cardiology/SPECT MPI experience
PET or PET-CT experience
Virginia Nuclear Medicine licensure
PET experience is preferred but not required.
