A Counseling Schedule Designed to Give You Time for Your Patients
The Neighborhood Clinic (TNC) is looking for Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) to join our growing integrated behavioral health team in Chandler, Mesa, and Tucson, Arizona.
We believe quality mental healthcare requires time—not an overloaded schedule.
Our counselors see no more than 7 patients per day, with dedicated administrative time built into the workday for documentation, care coordination, and other clinical responsibilities.
Full-time schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Patient appointments scheduled between 8:20 AM–4:00 PM
Maximum of 7 patients per day
Approximately 1.5 hours of dedicated administrative time
45–60 minute lunch
No weekends
No on-call responsibilities
Part-time opportunities are also available.
Compensation
$32–$45 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements
What You'll Do
As an LPC with TNC, you'll provide outpatient behavioral health services while developing meaningful, ongoing therapeutic relationships with your patients.
Responsibilities include:
Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling as clinically appropriate
Complete behavioral health and psychosocial assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions appropriate to each patient's needs
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with primary care providers and other members of the healthcare team
Coordinate behavioral health, psychiatric, medical, and community referrals when appropriate
Maintain patient confidentiality and professional and ethical standards
What We're Looking For
Required:
Active and unrestricted Arizona Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license
Master's degree in counseling, psychology, behavioral health, or another qualifying field
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Preferred, but not required:
Previous outpatient, primary care, or integrated behavioral health experience
Experience using an electronic health record (EHR)
Experience with evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care
