The Opportunity
The Interventional Radiology Physician will play a critical role supporting advanced interventional procedures that directly impact treatment planning and patient outcomes.
This physician will collaborate closely with oncology physicians, advanced practice providers, imaging teams, and leadership to support procedural excellence, workflow scalability, patient experience, and continued clinical innovation.

What Success Looks Like
Within the first 90 days, this physician will establish strong collaborative relationships across the clinical organization, integrate into multidisciplinary treatment planning discussions, and identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and patient experience.
Within the first 6 months, this physician will independently manage advanced interventional procedures, contribute to workflow optimization initiatives, and support scalable procedural infrastructure.
Within the first 12 months, this physician will become a highly trusted physician contributor helping strengthen Envita’s procedural capabilities, clinical reputation, and organizational growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced interventional oncology procedures in an outpatient setting
Collaborate with oncology physicians on patient-specific treatment planning
Conduct patient consultations, treatment discussions, and informed consent
Maintain strong patient communication and relationship development
Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration across oncology, genetics, laboratory, and technology teams
Assist in evaluating and implementing emerging interventional technologies and therapies
Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
Advanced Procedures Include
TACE, Cryoablation, RF Ablation, PEF, Embolization, Biopsies, Kyphoplasty’s
Ideal Experience & Background
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology
Minimum 5 years of Interventional Radiology experience preferred
Strong interest or experience in oncology-focused interventions
Excellent bedside manner and patient communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care environment
Passion for innovation, research, and advancing procedural medicine
Commitment to quality patient outcomes and clinical excellence

Requirements
Ideal Experience & Background
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology
Minimum 5 years of Interventional Radiology experience preferred
