Description
A major NYC health system is seeking a Chief of Quality to lead quality and performance improvement initiatives within its Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA).
Responsibilities
• Lead QAPI and quality improvement initiatives
• Monitor OASIS, clinical documentation, and quality metrics
• Ensure compliance with home health regulations
Compensation: $160,000-215,000 along with full benefits

• Active NY RN license preferred but not required
• BSN preferred; Master’s preferred
• Leadership experience in home health or CHHA
• OASIS experience required
