Description
Join a team where you can be a great physical therapist—and have a life outside of work.
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers of Monroeville is looking for a motivated, compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team. Located just outside Pittsburgh, our spacious, modern clinic provides an excellent environment for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
We are an independently owned FYZICAL clinic with a strong focus on balance and vestibular rehabilitation, neurological conditions, orthopedics, and pain management. Our goal is simple: help our patients move better, feel better, and regain confidence in their ability to live an active life.
Why Join FYZICAL Monroeville?
Practice great physical therapy. You'll have the time, equipment, and clinical support needed to provide meaningful, individualized care—not simply move patients through a high-volume schedule.
Work with a diverse patient population. Our patients include individuals dealing with balance and fall concerns, vestibular disorders, neuropathy, Parkinson's disease, stroke, MS, orthopedic conditions, and a variety of musculoskeletal and pain-related conditions.
Grow clinically. We encourage and provide our therapists opportunities to expand their knowledge and skills through continuing education, mentorship, and exposure to specialized areas of rehabilitation.
Be part of a supportive team. Our PTs work closely with PTAs, rehab technicians, and administrative staff so therapists can focus on what they do best—treating patients.
Maintain work/life balance. We are open weekdays only, with no weekends and no holidays, and we strive to create a schedule that allows our clinicians to have a rewarding career without sacrificing their personal lives.

- Develop individualized plans of care based on each patient's goals, condition, and functional limitations
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy, balance training, and functional activities

- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, strategies, and techniques to support continued progress outside the clinic
