We pride ourselves on collaboration, continuous improvement, and creating a clinical environment that empowers both clients and practitioners to thrive.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Physiotherapist to join our team on a full or part-time contracting basis (employment arrangements will be considered for the right candidate).
This is a rare opportunity to become the first and sole Physiotherapist within our well-established multidisciplinary clinic. You will work alongside a respected team of exercise physiologists, chiropractors, myotherapists, and remedial massage therapists in a collaborative and referral-rich environment.
You will have the autonomy to shape and grow the physiotherapy arm of the practice while being fully supported by an experienced allied health team.
Your Role
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services and contributing to the continued growth and reputation of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments in a private practice setting
- Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver physiotherapy interventions including exercise prescription, functional retraining, and manual therapy (manual therapy experience welcomed but not essential)
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
- Manage a varied caseload including private, EPC/Medicare, TAC, WorkCover, NDIS, and DVA clients
- Complete timely and professional clinical documentation and report writing
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, holistic client care
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional and regulatory standards
- You will have the capacity to manage up to 30 client-facing hours per week on-site, with the opportunity and support to provide off-site services if flexible/preferred.
