Physiotherapist (Early Career) – GP Referrals + Mentorship + Pathway to Full Caseload Reach & Rise Physio – Hornsby
Casual (Thursdays to start) → Clear pathway to part-time/full-time as caseload builds $40–$45 per hour + super (depending on experience)
The Opportunity This role is designed for an early-career physiotherapist who wants to rapidly develop clinical skill and build a strong patient caseload within a growing clinic.
You will be working within a busy medical centre with consistent in-house GP referrals, providing a reliable flow of new patients and a strong foundation to build your caseload from the start.
You will begin with one clinical day per week (Thursday), with a clear pathway to additional days as your caseload grows.
In the early stages, you will be supported in building your caseload through a combination of GP referrals and internal patient allocation, ensuring early consistency while you develop confidence and momentum.
This is a growth role — as your caseload builds, you will have the opportunity to expand into additional clinical days and progress toward a full schedule.

What You’ll Be Doing Conducting structured musculoskeletal assessments Delivering exercise-based rehabilitation programs Guiding patients through active treatment and progression Educating patients on long-term injury management Communicating with referring GPs and healthcare professionals Maintaining clear and professional clinical notes About the Clinic Reach & Rise Physio is a growing clinic located within a busy medical centre in Hornsby, with ongoing referrals from in-house GPs.

Has 1–3 years of musculoskeletal experience Wants to improve clinical reasoning and rehab skills Is motivated to build and retain a patient caseload over time Values active treatment over passive modalities Communicates confidently with patients and other professionals
Requirements Degree in Physiotherapy (Bachelor or Masters) Current AHPRA registration Professional indemnity insurance Strong communication skills Required prior to commencement:
First Aid & CPR Working With Children Check National Police Check

Bachelor or Masters degree in Physiotherapy Current registration with AHPRA Professional indemnity insurance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation Prior to Commencement
Current First Aid and CPR certification Working With Children Check National Police Check
Desirable (But Not Essential)
Interest in strength and conditioning Experience managing sports or orthopaedic injuries Interest in long-term injury prevention and performance
