SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs massage procedures within scope of practice.

Complies with all SBA policies and procedures.

Utilizes clinical education and experience to create massage sessions based on client needs and requests.

Facilitates exceptional client experience through high-quality and compassionate service.

Educates clients about massage techniques and wellness benefits. 

Completes clinical documentation accurately and timely.

Cleans/sanitizes/sterilizes tools and equipment.

Assists with the cleanliness of SBA facility.

Understands and complies with CDC Guidelines

Understands and complies with OSHA Guidelines

Understands and complies with DHEC Guidelines

Understands and complies with HIPAA Guidelines

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

REQUIRED EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:
Active Massage Therapist Licensure with LLR (with no disciplinary actions on file)

SKILLS:

Effective Communicator (Verbal & Written)

Teamwork Attitude

Exceptional Bedside Manner

Experience and skilled in multiple massage types (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Trigger-Point, etc.)

Basic Computer Skills, including experience with EMR Systems (Electronic Medical Record)

Basic Office Skills (Scanner, printer, phone)
