Texas Medical Massage, PLLC is seeking a clinically focused Medical Massage Therapist to provide evidence-based therapeutic massage services for clients presenting with musculoskeletal pain, post-surgical conditions, nerve entrapments, chronic dysfunction, and injury rehabilitation needs. This is not a relaxation/spa position. We specialize in outcome-based treatment plans, clinical documentation, and collaborative care with healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed client intakes and musculoskeletal assessments.
Develop individualized medical massage treatment plans.
Perform Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), Connective Tissue Manipulation (CTM), Myofascial Release, and Trigger Point Therapy.
Address conditions such as sciatica, nerve entrapment, cervical and lumbar dysfunction, post-surgical adhesions, TMJ dysfunction, headaches, and arthritis-related restrictions.
Complete professional SOAP notes after each session.
Maintain HIPAA compliance and adhere to Texas state regulations.
Educate clients on corrective exercises and home care recommendations.
Participate in ongoing clinical training and professional development. Paid for by the company
Requirements
Qualifications
Active Texas Massage Therapy License (LMT).
1–2 years clinical or therapeutic experience preferred.
Strong understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy.
Experience writing professional SOAP notes.
Professional communication skills.
Advanced training in NMT, CTM, Structural Integration, or Medical Massage preferred.
Must obtain or have an NPI and CAQH number before hiring
