Requirements:

• RIHA or RHIT
• Coding experience required
• Epic experience preferred
• The Supervisor, Medical Coding, is responsible for overseeing the medical coding team, ensuring accurate code assignments, adherence to coding guidelines, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining financial accuracy and integrity within the hospital.
  
  

Additional Information: 

• Must live in Illinois.  
• May need to drive to corporate office in Warrenville IL for training, department meetings and education.
• Opportunity to work remote if all quality and productivity goals are met and maintained.
• Full time M-F
