TennovaMedical Group, affiliated with Tennova JeffersonMemorial Hospital , is seeking a board-eligible or board-certifiedGeneral Orthopedic Surgeon to join a growing, highly respected team inJefferson City, Tennessee (just 29 mi to Knoxville).

Serving a primary service area of over 56,000 residents,this practice offers immediate patient volume, strong hospital backing, and anunsaturated market in the " Lakeside of theSmokies ."

Recognizedby the Tennessee Hospital Association for achieving Zero Harm in CLABSI, CAUTI, and CDI in 2025.

About Your Work:

• Full-time, employed position with well-respected multi-specialty practice
• Light call 1:5 (every 5 th week)
• 21,000 total ED visits across all specialties in 2025
• 58-bed hospital with 4 modern OR suites, HD monitors/cameras, Arthrex Spider positioning, radiolucent tables, dedicated blocks, experienced First Assistants, and 24/7 anesthesia coverage
• Fully-equipped clinic located within the medical center for seamless access to advanced imaging and an experienced support team
• Established referral based and network support including IP/OP therapy, MSK radiology, infusion therapy, pain management, wound care/HBO, etc.
• EMR: Cerner with Suki AI scribe technology
