About the Role
Reporting to a Team Leader or General Manager (Therapy Services) and part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll deliver person and family-centred services to children and young people with neurodevelopmental conditions. You’ll assess, plan, and implement therapy programs that make a meaningful difference every day.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Deliver family-centred therapy within an integrated, multidisciplinary team.
- Assess communication and functional skills to identify strengths and challenges.
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans and interventions.
- Deliver individual and group sessions that promote communication and participation.
- Prescribe and support the use of communication aids and equipment.
- Collaborate with families and other service providers to ensure coordinated care.
- Deliver therapy in centre, home, and community settings.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Contribute to a high performing team and culture
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Speech Pathologist with a strong commitment and belief in supporting young people to be the best they can be . You will be passionate about supporting families and fostering inclusivity. Your excellent communication skills and passion for what we do will make you a valuable addition to the team.
You will be a team player, have a confident outlook and be solutions focused. You will have the ability to work well autonomously and contribute within the team. Kids+ are seeking someone who will be a great fit to the team and has a positive outlook in all they do.

Qualifications
- Degree in Speech Pathology.
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker & Police Check.
- Current driver’s licence.
