Community Care Team (CCT) is a trusted provider of allied health and support services across regional NSW. We deliver person-centred, high-quality care to NDIS participants, empowering our clients to achieve meaningful outcomes and live independently. With offices in Mudgee, Dubbo, and Bathurst, we're growing our Speech Pathology team and looking for passionate clinicians to join us.
We're seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our established team under the guidance of our experienced Practice Lead. This is an ideal role for a new graduate ready to launch their career, or an early-career clinician looking to develop their skills within a supportive, structured environment.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver high-quality speech pathology assessment and therapy to NDIS participants across the lifespan
- Work with a diverse caseload including communication disorders, language delays, and social communication needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and support networks to achieve client goals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with NDIS Practice Standards
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development activities
- Travel to client homes and community settings across the region

Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
- Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) with Speech Pathology Australia, or eligibility for membership
- Genuine passion for working with NDIS participants and delivering client-centred care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
