Position Overview
We are seeking a Psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA-C) with 1–3 years of psychiatric experience to join our practice in a part-time, hybrid role, with the opportunity to grow hours and caseload over time. This position is ideal for a PA who wants flexibility, mentorship, and a long-term professional home.
Responsibilities
Outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management
Provide care via in-office and telehealth visits
Collaborate closely with supervising psychiatrist
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
Participate in consultation and ongoing supervision
Schedule & Compensation
Part-time, hourly position
$60–$65 per contact hour to start
Paid documentation time included
Flexible scheduling / create your own schedule within practice needs
Hybrid model (in-person + remote)

Requirements
PA-C with 1–3 years of psychiatric or related experience
Active North Carolina license (or eligibility)
Outpatient psychiatry and/or telehealth experience preferred
Professional, reliable, and patient-centered
Interested in growth within a small, supportive practice
