Requirements

Responsibilities:
Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities as directed
Observe and document patient responses and progress
Educate patients on exercises and safety guidelines
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist and care team
