- Lead Clinician - Bilingual

SUMMARY OF FUNCTION:
The Lead Clinician coordinates and schedules clinical services for the KYUMH Caminos program.
- The Lead Clinician oversees the clinical aspects of youth in the Caminos programs and assigned clinicians with regard to compliance to clinical documentation, adherence to human trafficking screening, and compliance to state, federal and Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) regulations.
- The Lead Clinician provides clinical guidance to Case managers, Care Team Coordinator, Unit Supervisors and direct care staff.
- Participates in and provides professional support in Care Team meetings; and advises the Care Team concerning mental health issues and trauma-informed, behavioral management interventions.
- The Lead Clinician is responsible for the preparation of goal oriented diagnostic assessments, clinical staff trainings and program enrichment.
- The Lead Clinician is a direct liaison to the Care Team Coordinator and Program Director
serves on the on-call crisis rotation and fulfills all the tasks of a full-time clinician. - The Lead Clinician conducts mental health assessments, provides ongoing individual and group counseling services, screens for human trafficking concerns and provides crisis intervention services. For every four (4) clients assigned to the secondary Clinician, the Lead Clinician will be assigned a client until the secondary Clinician caseload is full. When secondary Clinician obtains a full caseload of twelve (12), the Lead Clinician will build to a full caseload (12) in times of full occupancy.

This is a salaried position - billable units are not required.Mid-level (one to three years of experience) $65,275 annual salary plus $3,000 recruitment incentive paid in $1,500 increments at hire and again at six months
Experienced (three+ years of experience) $67,275 annual salary plus $3,000 recruitment incentive paid in $1,500 increments at hire and again at six months
Requirements
Required Education and Experience
- Required Education and Experience Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or University
- Current Independent Licensure - LPCC, LCSW, LMFT or other applicable Kentucky licensure
- Supervisory experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Experience working with diverse populations, including refugee and/or unaccompanied children and adolescents
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking in English and Spanish
- Three (3) years post-graduate experience
- One-year (1) experience providing direct services to youth and families
- One-year (1) experience delivering community based and/or in-home services
