Missions
Your mission:
The Head of Investor Relations Private Markets is responsible for defining and executing the global investor relations strategy for all Private Markets solutions, including Private Equity, Private Debt, and Real Assets.
The role acts as a senior executive with key clients for Private Markets to participate in fundraising initiatives, roadshows, and clients' meetings, while also managerially coordinating closely with local branches of the Bank in Italy, Spain, and Portugal to ensure effective, consistent management of investor relations teams across Continental Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Investor Relations Strategy
Define and lead the Investor Relations strategy for Private Markets for Indosuez in selected regions of Europe (Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Portugal as of today)
Contribute to client's portfolio allocation in relation with other Indosuez entities.
Ensure consistency of investment messaging across regions while allowing for local market specificities
Align Private Markets communications with the firm's long-term investment strategy and performance objectives
2. Fundraising & Investor Coverage
Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients (HNWI, UHNWI, Family Offices)
Support and participate in fundraising initiatives, roadshows, and prospective or follow-up investor meetings
Coordinate and build trust with local commercial teams to maximize client satisfaction and conversion
3. Local Coordination across branches
Act as the central Investor Relations lead for Private Markets for the branches in Italy, Spain, and Portugal
Coordinate and support local investor relations activities, ensuring alignment with global IR standards
Adapt investor materials and messaging to local regulatory, cultural, and market requirements
Provide expertise and senior support to local Relationship Managers during key client interactions
Consolidate investor feedback from local markets and relay insights to Investment and Fund Management teams
4. Reporting & Investor Communications
Oversee the preparation and delivery of all investor communications, including periodic reportings, Fund presentations, pitchbooks and factsheets as well as ad hoc communications related to transactions, exits, or market events
Ensure all communications meet the highest standards of accuracy, transparency, and regulatory compliance
5. Internal Coordination
Work closely with:
Private Markets investment teams
Client Relationship Managers teams
Risk, Legal, Compliance and Operations
Portfolio Management and other IR team members
Private Market team from our Management Company - CA Indosuez Fund Solutions
Act as a central coordinator to ensure timely, consistent, and compliant information flow to clients
6. Governance & Regulatory Oversight
Ensure compliance with applicable Luxembourg and European regulations (AIFMD, ESG, SFDR, etc.)

Formation / Spécialisation
Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields
CFA, CAIA, or equivalent qualification strongly preferred
Niveau d'expérience minimum
6 - 10 ans
Expérience
10-15+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Fundraising, or Client Relations
Strong and proven experience in Private Markets
Experience in asset management, wealth management, alternative investment platforms, or GP environments
International background
