Active Rehab center is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Metro Detroit Area. We are well-established outpatient rehabilitation clinic with a focus on high-quality patient care and individualized treatment plans.

Requirements

-Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the State of Michigan (or eligibility to obtain before start date).
-Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or master’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
-Current CPR/BLS certification.
-Strong ability to evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and staff.
-Proficiency in accurate and timely clinical documentation.
-Commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centered care.
