Job Description
Fee-For-Service Adult Outpatient Clinician
The Village is seeking fee-for-service clinicians to provide therapy to adults with diverse clinical needs. This role offers flexibility, strong supervision, and meaningful clinical work.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual therapy using trauma-informed approaches
- Conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention as needed
- Develop and update treatment plans and clinical documentation
Support & Opportunities

- Support toward licensure
Experience and Skills
Who We're Looking For
- Licensed or associate- licensed clinicians welcome (Psychology, Social Work, LMFT, LPC, LADC)
- Ability to meet fee-for-service productivity expectations
- Commitment to documentation and best-practice standards
Unlicensed clinicians receive supervision and are expected to pursue licensure when eligible.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive clinical sessions
- Develop, implement, and modify treatment and discharge plans
- Deliver case management and coordinate community-based supports as needed
- Maintain timely, compliant documentation
- Participate in supervision, peer consultation, and quality assurance activities
- Engage in ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
Experience / Qualifications
- Ability to work independently while effectively using supervision and consultation
- Strong diagnostic, assessment, and treatment skills for adult individuals
- Experience serving culturally diverse adult populations with varied clinical presentations
- Knowledge of adult behavioral health systems and community-based resources
- Competence in evidence-based, empirically supported treatment models
- Proficient clinical documentation and professional written communication skills
- Familiarity with DSM (current edition) and ethical practice standards
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
- Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with EHRs, Microsoft Office, and web-based platforms
- Safe, HIPPA compliant office space to provide services from
- Bilingual/bicultural skills preferred
