Highlights

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgical care for a wide range of general surgical conditions.
• Participate in the development and growth of the MIS and robotic surgery programs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across surgical and medical specialties.
• Educate and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows in both the clinical and classroom settings.
• Engage in clinical research and contribute to academic scholarship within the field of minimally invasive surgery.

Training and/or Experience Required

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certified or board eligible in General Surgery.
• Fellowship training in Minimally Invasive Surgery or Advanced Laparoscopy preferred.
• Eligible for medical licensure in North Carolina.
• Demonstrated excellence in clinical care, teaching, and a commitment to academic medicine
